Penthouse residences are further elevated with dedicated Miele wine coolers. Primary bathrooms continue the refined approach with custom cabinetry, double vanities, imported marble flooring, and glass-enclosed showers with dual rainfall shower heads. Each residence includes an in-home laundry room with full-size, energy-efficient Miele washers and dryers, while building systems incorporate electronic fob access and an emergency generator supporting select residential comforts.

Over 20,000 square feet of amenities include approximately 8,500 square feet of lush tropical landscaping and direct access to the water, with private boat slips reserved exclusively for residents.
