La Baia North introduces a refined waterfront lifestyle in the heart of Bay Harbor Islands, where privacy, design, and a strong connection to the water define daily living. This boutique collection is limited to just 57 residences and penthouses, offering two- to four-bedroom layouts designed for ease and flexibility. Homes are delivered fully finished, with expansive private terraces that frame either serene waterfront views or warm sunset skies. Floor-to-ceiling, impact-resistant glass doors and windows invite natural light throughout the day, while ceiling heights of nine feet in residences and ten feet in select penthouses enhance the sense of openness. Imported European wide-plank wood flooring, generous storage, and dedicated private storage areas complete interiors that feel both thoughtful and enduring.

Interiors are curated by New York–based Durukan Design, blending clean lines with timeless materials. Kitchens are tailored for both everyday living and entertaining, featuring custom European cabinetry, quartz stone countertops, and a full suite of Miele appliances, including electric cooktops, wall ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and microwaves. Penthouse residences are further elevated with dedicated Miele wine coolers. Primary bathrooms continue the refined approach with custom cabinetry, double vanities, imported marble flooring, and glass-enclosed showers with dual rainfall shower heads. Each residence includes an in-home laundry room with full-size, energy-efficient Miele washers and dryers, while building systems incorporate electronic fob access and an emergency generator supporting select residential comforts.

Amenities at La Baia North are designed to feel like a private waterfront retreat. Over 20,000 square feet of amenities include approximately 8,500 square feet of lush tropical landscaping and direct access to the water, with private boat slips reserved exclusively for residents. A 10,000-square-foot rooftop deck serves as the centerpiece of the building, featuring a resort-style pool with sun shelf and shallow loungers, along with thoughtfully separated areas for adults and children. Indoors, residents enjoy a waterfront club room with sweeping views, a private movie theater and bar, a fully equipped fitness center, and quiet business offices with Wi-Fi for workdays that flow seamlessly into evenings at home.

The project is brought to life by a respected team led by architect Luis Revuelta, with landscape and pool design by C. Right Studios and construction by Jacob Companies. Daily life is supported by a full suite of services, including 24-hour front desk reception and valet, on-site property management, a dedicated mail and package room, and electric vehicle charging stations for residents and guests.
